Real Styling Solutions Co Ltd and its partners are dedicated to keeping our staff, clients, and all those in the community safe while social distancing during the COVID-19 crisis.

We believe that the services we provide and the products we offer help cultivate the self-esteem and wellbeing of others, and we would like to offer our insight on the best way our industry can adapt to new guidelines and move forward to operate in this new environment.

Our studios are operated by our hardworking staff who care about and are invested in making their community a great place to live and work. Since the outbreak of COVID-19 and the beginning of GOJ orders, we have been working day in and day out to put forth and implement tools that will best serve our business, protect our employees, do what is best for our clients, and be responsible to the greater community.

We are committed to bringing the best of our organization to the table to work with government officials and health experts to map out the safest way for our businesses to reopen and serve our clients safely. After monitoring industry and various Government of Jamaica guidelines, we have developed steps for Real Styling Solutions locations. These guidelines are outlined below. Additionally, we encourage clients to contact us for questions related to government-mandated policies and procedures.

Enhanced Cleaning & Sanitation Protocols

  • Surfaces thoroughly wiped and disinfected, multiple times a day
  • Treatment rooms are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly between each client
  • Gloves and masks are worn by employees for all services
  • Masks available for clients upon request
  • Removal of all communal product testers
  • Sanitizing iPads and payment equipment between clients
  • Replacing paper items such as menus and brochures with online resources

Social Distancing
We’ll strictly adhere to GOJ distancing guidelines by implementing the following adaptations to our studios:

  • Changes to our lobby, limiting wait areas and number of clients in the studio at one time
  • Retail product to be handled by client only
  • Contactless check-in/out on our mobile app
  • Refraining from handshakes upon greeting clients

Client Guidelines
To help keep our community healthy, we ask that you:

  • Wash your hands with soap and water frequently for 20 seconds
  • Use an alcohol-based sanitizer
  • Please refrain from coming into the studio if you aren’t feeling well; we’re happy to reschedule your appointment!
